To feed the soul






Indian cuisine is one of the most spiritual.
Vedic cuisine is strict vegetarian. Preparing the food you need to have quiet and clear mind.
Remember the most important ingredient - and not only vedic cuisine, but any meal is love.
It is not only the food for your body, but real feast for the senses
and Divine meal for the soul.









Indian meal is like painter palette of many tastes, smells, colours, forms,
consistency, structures...
Additional pleasure is eating with hands
when you can really feel the meal.









Sabji alu bhindi
This delicious meal is about indian vegie bhindi,
potatos and tomatos plus ghee and spiceses.
Very simple, very tasty.










Ghee.
We wiil need it during chapati preparation.











The most important in chapati is  proper kneading a dough.
Rolling out need some practice, but after few chapati making
you will have some experience.
